Leading the proceedings was HM Government of Gibraltar Minister for Justice Trade and Industry, Nigel Feetham KC MP; with Ministerial responsibility for financial services he warmly welcomed guests and delivered an address and followed this with an interactive session with guests and panellists.

The keynote speech was delivered by James Ramsden KC Astraea and this was followed by an industry panel ably led by Targ Patience Chair of the Gibraltar Association for New Technologies
